SupremeJBOF - Core Technology Features

🔄

Enterprise-Grade RAID Data Protection

A single unit holds 4 × M.2 NVMe SSDs. With SupremeRAID™ AEC it supports RAID 0/1/5/6/10 with no additional RAID card. Protection depends on the RAID level (RAID 0 has no redundancy), and RAID does not replace a backup. It can also serve KV-cache storage workflows where supported by the application.

💎

High-Speed NVMe-oF Transport

SupremeJBOF (GP Spark + SupremeRAID™ AEC) connects external NVMe SSDs over 100GbE (4 × 25G NRZ), RoCEv2 and NVMe-oF, with RAID processing running on the host GPU. Actual throughput, IOPS and latency depend on the SSDs, RAID level, host software and workload; link speed is not a guaranteed application transfer rate.

📦

0.81L Desktop Footprint

The whole unit measures just 150mm × 150mm × 35mm (0.81L), bringing four-slot NVMe storage down to desktop scale.

🌬️

Aluminum-Magnesium Chassis & Quiet Cooling

A unibody aluminum-magnesium alloy chassis with a quiet cooling fan. Operating ambient temperature is 0–40°C; keep the bottom and side vents clear.

🔌

Direct connection to AI host

Connects directly to NVIDIA DGX Spark, or to a compatible 100GbE (4 × 25G NRZ) host NIC or switch, with a QSFP28 DAC cable or optical transceiver. The host still needs network, RDMA and NVMe-oF configuration; GPU data access (GDS ( need GPU support )) depends on host software and application integration.

⚡

Low Power Design

The unit draws less than 65W and is powered over Type-C (20V / 3.25A or more). The power adapter is optional; use a vendor-approved, safety-certified adapter.

SupremeJBOF - Architecture

DGX + Supreme JBOF architecture: single DGX Spark, VD0 (RAID 5) mounted to DGX0 over 100G network Dual-node DGX Spark cluster: JBOF VD0 mounted to DGX0 over 100G or 200G, shared to DGX1 via XFS or NFS over 200G Multi-node DGX Spark cluster (best with 4 nodes): 4 NVMe namespaces split into VD0–VD3, mounted to DGX 0–3 via 100G network and a 200G switch

SupremeJBOF - Technical Specifications

Item Detailed Parameters & Descriptions
Product Type JBOF (Just a Bunch of Flash) NVMe-oF storage target; with SupremeRAID™ AEC it forms the SupremeJBOF storage solution
Hardware Architecture Dedicated ASIC hardware offload engine (RDMA / NVMe-oF)
Storage Protocol NVMe-oF (NVMe over Fabrics)
Network Protocol 100GbE RDMA (RoCE v2), 4 × 25G NRZ
Performance 100GbE link. Application throughput, IOPS and latency require a benchmark with stated RAID, SSD, host and workload conditions; no unqualified performance guarantee is specified here
Drive Support 4 × M.2 NVMe SSD slots (2280 / 22110); enterprise-grade high-performance SSDs recommended
Max Capacity Raw capacity is the sum of installed SSD capacities (e.g. 4 × 8TB = 32TB raw); usable RAID capacity depends on the RAID level and system overhead
RAID Support SupremeRAID™ AEC: RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10, up to 4 physical drives
Dimensions & Volume 150mm × 150mm × 35mm (0.81L)
Chassis & Cooling Unibody aluminum-magnesium alloy chassis + quiet cooling fan
Power Less than 65W; Type-C 20V / 3.25A or more (power adapter optional)
